What is Rotary?

When you join the State College Downtown Rotary

Club, you expand your professional and personal

network across the community and across the world.

This group of service minded individuals will become

more than someone you eat lunch with on Thursday.

Rotary offers the opportunity to give back to your

community through your time, talent and treasure.

When I joined Rotary six years ago, I never could

have imagined the lifelong friendships and

professional connections I have now.

Come see what Rotary is all about!

During 2017-18 our members contributed about 2,000 hours of service and our club and its members generated about $50,000 to support the community.  Our projects include

• Farmers to Food Bank - each year we collect over 5,000 pounds of unsold food from the Farmers Market and transport to the State College Food Bank

• Jared Boxes - Plastic storage boxes are filled with small gifts, toys, games and fun activities to lift the spirits of children in hospitals

• Youth Exchange - annually we sponsor inbound and outbound high school students who discover another culture and become global citizens

• Ending Polio - Partnering with the Bill & Melinda Gates Founds, the World Health Organization and UNICEF to end polio, once and for all

We invite you to visit our club and find out more about us and the opportunities we offer as a member or as part of our no obligation community corps.

Please know, this State College Downtown club is but one of five in the Centre County Region.
While we hope that you join our team, each club has its own personality and meeting times. please find out more about these clubs below:
